to cut or not to cut....that is the question.

OK. I am ready for a hair change--again. I'm about to go back to school, and I want something a little shorter, easy, and CUTE!
Ever since I saw "He's Just Not That Into You," I fell in love with Ginnifer Goodwin AND her hair! I think it's the cutest ever.
Question for you: should I try to copy this style? I just don't want to be disappointed when I don't look like Ginnifer in the end! :) Let me know what you think by commenting and/or voting on my poll. Here are some pictures of her and her cute haircut just so you can get an idea. (I particularly like the reddish color in the 2nd picture).
Opinions needed!

The only concern I have it that your hair is curly. Would you be willing to straighten it every day? A good stylist will be able to come up with a short do that will work with your hair - straight or curly. Otherwise, I like short hair!

Why not! Ginnifer Goodwin's hairstyle is great! I think that this hairstyle would be perfect!!
In Italy we say: "Vai tranquilla!" that means "Do it without any problems!"

I think you could definitely pull that cut off....You could straighten it or let it go wavy/curly with that style I think!!!!
Go for it!

so cute....but would your really-curly-make-me-laugh hair days work with this?

I'm with Heather - let's not forget what happens when we (and i include myself in that) curly heads go short.

i think it would be adorable. but like others have said ... what would it do when it is curly?

i have a friend here with hair just like yours and she has the style where it is shorter in the back and long in front and it is so freakin cute straight or curly.

but whatever you do do it with confidence and if you don't like it it will always grow out :) you'll look adorable no matter what though so take a risk and do it. i love to take that risk. you never know how cute it will be unless you try!

I love it! Our hair is very similiar and I have had great success in the past with super short hair. Do it!

I've been talking about chopping mine off for weeks, you might just inspire me.

I've never seen anyone with a cut like this that didn't look cute. Your hair being curly does make this a small challenge, but a good hairdresser could cut it so it would look cute either way. I say, cut it and color it! It'll look great!

i think it would be a great cut for the fall!
you and i have similar hair (although yours looks MUCH cuter curly!) and
the one thing i will say that i missed when i CHOPPED mine off it the ALL UP ponytail. i like to exercise with no hair on my neck and it was a pain - it just now got long enough after my last cut to put all up!
BUT the up-side is that i loved it when i fixed it for regular wear!

I got my hair cut kind-of like this not too long ago! I LOVE it! I don't even have to do that much to it--just blowdry it and go. It's very nice and will be WONDERFUL when school starts! I say go for it, if you're wanting to wear your hair straight all the time. I'm not sure how it would be curly. (No experience there-ha!)
